Grilled Flap Steak
- Flap Steak
- Olive Oil
- Everglades Seasoning
- Minced Garlic
- Trim some of the fat off the steak and score the rest with a cross cut.
- Cover the steak in olive oil, Everglades seasoning, minced garlic, and pepper.
- Grill the steak on high heat until it reaches the desired temperature. Let the steak rest for 10 minutes.
- Cut the steak and serve.
